What I Provide




I get to know you, personally. We speak together about your goals and aspirations, lifestyle, previous experience, nutrition, injury history, what motivates you and other contributers which enables me to construct the possible possible, personalised programme that works for you. This also gives a chance for me to answer any questions you may have.
A training programme is provided based upon the consultation. Specific exercises, stretches, and phases of training are given to you, for you to keep. The work-out plan will be specific to yourself with your goals at the main focus point; they'll be no two programmes the same. It's not called Online Personal Fitness for nothing!
To make sure you stay on the right track, I'll provide you with mentoring and monitor your progress along the way. I'll provide you with encouragement, give you health and fitness tips and answer any questions using a online messaging and Video Chat. You're not on your own; I'll ensure we reach our goal together!
In person or online, I evaluate your progress monthly. The body physiologically adapts to a change in stimulus. By reviewing your months fitness results and your feedback, I adapt the work-out plan to make sure your progressing and not regressing.
